What this rejection means
Google Play can reject an update, remove an app or suspend it when it finds a policy violation. Each comes with a notice that names the policy, not always the exact problem, and with a way to appeal.
What is at stake
Every day off the store costs installs, revenue and ranking. The wrong move can make things worse, for the app and for the developer account.

Questions
Should we appeal straight away?
Not always. Choosing the right response is part of what we do, and it is worth doing before the first reply.
Can you guarantee approval?
No one outside Apple and Google can promise how a review will go. What we can do is find the real cause, remove what we can see would block approval and give the reviewer everything they need.
Do you need access to our accounts?
It helps, but it is your choice. We can work from screenshots, exports and a build, or with a limited role you add and remove yourself.
