What this rejection means
Guideline 4.3 is Apple's rule against spam. It has more than one part, and the message rarely says which one applies to your app or what would make it acceptable.
What is at stake
4.3 rejections tend to repeat, and handling them the wrong way can put more than one app at risk, sometimes the developer account itself.
When to talk to us
- The message doesn't make clear what to change
- You resubmitted and got the same answer
- A launch, an update or a campaign is waiting on this
- You're not sure whether to reply, resubmit or appeal
Why it takes more than a quick fix
Apple doesn't say what it compared your app to. A 4.3 is answered with a careful reading of the case and a well-argued reply, not with a quick change to the build.

- We help you answerYour reply to the reviewer or your appeal, and follow-up until the review is closed.
Questions
Can a 4.3 rejection be overturned?
Often, yes, but it depends on the app and on how the case is presented to Apple. That is the first thing we look at.
Can you guarantee approval?
No one outside Apple and Google can promise how a review will go. What we can do is find the real cause, remove what we can see would block approval and give the reviewer everything they need.
Do you need access to our accounts?
It helps, but it is your choice. We can work from screenshots, exports and a build, or with a limited role you add and remove yourself.
